AMBITION

At AMBC, people are at the heart of our corporate mission. This begins with a commitment to recruit talent from diverse backgrounds and ensure their seamless integration. It extends to safeguarding the health and protection of all employees against life’s uncertainties, through a universal framework of social protection. Finally, AMBC places strong emphasis on professional development and enabling each individual to thrive in their role.

The AMBC social model, Hearts & Crafts, provides a shared framework for the Group’s initiatives in supporting our people, with the goal of quantifying and measuring progress. It is built on four strategic pillars:

  • A Managerial Philosophy: Empowering all leaders to embody and transmit our unique vision of inclusive, human-centered, and autonomous management.
  • Health and Well-Being: Ensuring a work environment conducive to both physical and psychological wellness, allowing employees to balance professional responsibilities with personal life.
  • Recognition and Reward: Valuing each individual’s contribution to AMBC’s success, through a distinctive approach to compensation that combines value sharing, professional achievement, and employability.
  • Meaningful Work: Enabling every team member to shape their work in alignment with personal purpose while preserving autonomy, contributing to AMBC’s sustainable growth.

ORGANIZATION

AMBC’s social policy, rooted in our human-centered culture, aims to provide employees with an environment conducive to individual fulfillment and collective success, enabling them to contribute to the Group’s sustainable growth.

This policy is led by the Group’s Chief Human Resources Officer, who also serves on the Executive Committee. Under her leadership, the Group HR Department defines and implements a strategic roadmap across each pillar, working closely with the HR teams of subsidiaries worldwide. These teams, in turn, deploy initiatives aligned with the Group’s social policy while tailoring them to local needs.

MANAGERIAL PHILOSOPHY

Committed to Shaping a Better Future

The sustainability of AMBC’s business model depends on the contribution of each professional to a shared mission. Our humanist culture and social approach, cultivated across the organization, nurture fundamental values, foremost among them, freedom: the freedom to create, to act, to lead, to be authentic, and to contribute one’s unique perspective. AMBC’s managerial philosophy, rooted in this humanist vision, is both unique and defining. Respect for individuals, professional expertise, and the heritage of our organization are conveyed through example, dialogue, and a deep understanding of the principles that guide our work.

Our ambition for Diversity & Inclusion is grounded in a shared commitment and tailored actions that respond to local and organizational needs. Each AMBC entity is encouraged to adopt a “common foundation” programme focusing on three key priorities:

  • Eliminate all forms of discrimination
  • Achieve gender equality
  • Promote inclusion of people with disabilities

Equality between women and men

AMBC is fully committed to promoting gender equality. Special attention is given to ensuring equal pay for equal work and providing equal opportunities for recruitment, career development, and internal promotions. At all levels of the organization, equality of opportunity, diversity, and inclusion, across employment, training, leadership, and compensation, are supported by AMBC’s principles, with the goal of implementing concrete, lasting, and sustainable actions.

Eradicate All Forms of Discrimination

AMBC, as a responsible employer, is committed to combating all forms of discrimination across all entities, both locally and internationally.

In 2025, as in previous years, efforts continued to raise awareness of discrimination risks and unconscious biases through a variety of formats, targeting different groups of employees.

Integrate People with Disabilities

AMBC pursues a proactive and long-term policy for the integration and retention of people with disabilities across all professions and levels of the organization. This commitment is reinforced by the signing of the third Group Disability Agreement in 2025 with all relevant stakeholders, addressing key challenges in this area.

Our actions are structured around four main pillars:

  • Employment and Integration, fostering recruitment and onboarding of people with disabilities
  • Retention in Employment, supporting long-term career continuity and professional development
  • Development of Purchases from the Supported Sector, promoting partnerships with disability-focused suppliers
  • Raising Awareness About Disability, creating understanding and inclusive practices across the organization

Care and Well-Being

AMBC is committed to providing all employees with a working environment that supports their physical and psychological well-being and allows them to balance professional and personal life. Beyond the work environment, and in line with AMBC’s protective approach towards its people, the firm has launched a project to implement universal social protection for all employees, based on five key pillars, enabling everyone to face life’s uncertainties with confidence and peace of mind.

To achieve this ambition, AMBC focuses on the following areas:

  • Promoting Health & Safety within the organization
  • Combating Harassment
  • Protection and Preventive Benefits for all employees
  • Support Across Life Stages – providing tailored assistance for different personal and professional milestones
  • Flexible Working & Time Adjustments, enabling adaptable work arrangements

Work time organization

At AMBC, 96% of employees work full-time, reflecting our commitment to operational excellence and client engagement.

Guided by a philosophy that combines craftsmanship, precision, and client-centricity, AMBC emphasizes team cohesion and on-site collaboration as key drivers of performance. Each entity strategically adapts its work organization to meet local operational needs while maintaining flexibility and responsiveness, ensuring that employees can contribute effectively and sustainably to the firm’s mission.

Employee Satisfaction Rate

In March 2025, AMBC conducted the AMBC Hears survey, assessing employee health, well-being, and engagement across all locations. The survey evaluates job satisfaction, sense of purpose, fulfillment, and stress levels, providing a comprehensive view of strengths and opportunities for improvement.

Insights from this survey inform targeted actions within a structured continuous improvement cycle, reinforcing AMBC’s commitment to fostering a supportive, engaging, and high-performing work environment.
